The software update application has been designed to operate without needing to change any of your system's settings. The software is designed to communicate with the LIFEPAK CR Plus/LIFEPAK EXPRESS IrDA port. The IrDA Port on the CR Plus/LIFEPAK EXPRESS is located on the left hand side of the unit as it is facing you.
