Also, before the update was completed, there is a summary report that can be viewed and printed for your records, which is very similar to the report below:

The device will need to be turned on for a minimum of 10 seconds. You will need to check the device LCD for no battery or service wrench indications. Check for the Readiness Indicator showing a status of "OK". Turn the device off.
After the battery is pulled out and then placed back in the device and the unit is turned on, if you hear any beeps, please count the number of beeps that you hear.

For 2, 3, 4, or 5 beeps, the CHARGE-PAK charger needs to be replaced. If you only hear 1 beep, please contact Physio-Control ERS Technical Support immediately.
