Repair & Inspect
A Combination of Inspection Only and Repair Only Plans
- Fulfills all your service needs
- Inspections at regularly scheduled intervals specified by you
- Unplanned service calls are covered and include all parts and labor; unlimited number of service calls
- Battery replacement as needed, or at scheduled intervals depending on battery type
- Software updates included
Repair Only
- Protects you from the expense of unplanned service calls post-warranty
- Parts and labor are included at a set cost throughout the coverage period
- Battery replacement as needed, or at scheduled intervals depending on battery type
Preventative Maintenance/Inspection Only
- Your field service representative manages and tracks inspections for all of your devices under contract
- You receive copies of each device inspection report upon completion
- You and your rep work together to determine a convenient and cost-effective inspection schedule
Ship-In Service
Physio-Control offers ship-in service plans for customers located outside the typical on-site service range, or for those with unique cost constraints. Quality Assurance inspections and/or repairs are performed at regional Service Centers by factory-trained and authorized Service Representatives. The same options of inspection only, repair only or the combination of both are available to ship-in customers.
